Horizontal screw-belt mixer is composed of mixing bin, mixer and driving device. The U-shaped tubular bin is equipped with a mixer shaft winded by two layers of counter-rotating screw tape. Driven by power, the outer spiral belt drives the material from both ends of the U-shaped bin to the central zone in the form of coiling, while the inner spiral belt drives the material from the middle to both ends to form convective mixing.
    At the bottom of the horizontal cylinder body of the mixer, an outlet is arranged in the center. The spiral structure of the outer spiral belt cooperates with the rotation direction of the spindle to drive the material from the inner wall of the cylinder to the outlet of the central outlet so as to ensure that there is no dead angle for the material discharged from the cylinder body.
