TD series bucket elevator is suitable for transporting powder,granular,bulk materials ,such as food,coal,cement,crushed ore etc,the lifting height can reach 40m. TD type is based on JB3926-85 Vertical bucket elevator to design,at present,domestic bucket elevator commonly used  vertical type,newer model.TD series bucket elevator has four kinds of hopper,they are Q type(shallow hopper),H type(Arc bottom hopper),ZD type(middle deep hopper),SD type(deep type).

Basic structure:

D- type bucket elevator is consist of moving parts(hopper and traction belt),the upper section with a driving drum,the lower section with a tension roller,intermediate casing,driving device,check brake and so on,it can used for transporting powder,granular,small block of non-abrasive and semi-abrasive bulk materials and its bulk density is less than 1.5t/m³,such as coal,sand,coke,cement,crushed ore etc.

Structure form:

The gearing of TD type bucket elevator has two forms:Separately equipped with YZ type reducer,ZQ(or YY) type reducer.YZ type reducer is installed  on the shaft head of spindle ,and it eliminates the transmission platform,couplings etc,to make the structure is compact,the weight is light,and its interior has a profiled roller backstop,reliable backstop.This reducer owns low noise,smooth operations,and with the spindle float,can eliminate mounting stresses.

Main features:

1,Small driving power,it adopts inflow-feeding,induced discharge,the large capacity hopper uses intensive placement.Almost has no the  phenomenon of excavating and back feed when the materials is elevating,therefore invalid less powder.

2,The range of elevate is wide,this kind of elevator has less particular about the types of materials,features,not only can enhance the general powder,small granular materials,but also can upgrade the materials of large mill cut ,good imperviousness,and less environment pollution.

3,Stable performance,advanced design principle and method of processing,to promise the machine’s operation is reliable,MTBF is over 20,000 hours.The lifting height is high.

4,Long service life,the elevator’s feed form is inflow type,you do not need to use bucket digging material,it is rarely happened the phenomenon of extrusion and collisions between the materials.

1,The hopper volume in the form is calculation hopper volume,the transport capacity is calculated by filling factor 0.6.

2,The bucket elevator’s application is:

shallow hopper:it is sustainable for conveying the wet materials,and the materials are easy to agglomerate,harder to throw.such as wet sand, fertilizer, alkali powder and so on.

Deep hopper:it is sustainable for conveying the dry materials,and the materials are loose and easy to throw,such as cement, gravel, coal.
